Annual European PPP Market Report for 2014 from the EPEC (European PPP Εxpertise center) projects of 18.7 billion have been signed - Greece ranks third in Europe in 2014 with regard of the number of PPP projects.

According to the Annual European PPP Market Report for 2014 from the EPEC (European PPP Εxpertise center- European PPP entity of the European Investment Bank) in Europe and in Turkey have been signed in total 82 contracts of total budget 18, 7 billion. The main PPP sectors for 2014 were:
1. Transport
2. Health
3. Environment
4. Education

The 85% of the PPP projects refer to public infrastructure projects repaid by the government, through availability payments (school projects, hospitals e.t.c.). This report records the significant reappearance of Greece in the market with the signing of seven contracts with a total budget of 465 million, ranking Greece in the third position in Europe with regard of the number of signed contracts. It has also been recorded Greece’s innovation in financing projects while building community resources and the JESSICA financial instrument in combination with private funds.
